Alta Langa DOCG Brut from Cantina Enrico Serafino is a classic method sparkling wine of the highest quality, exclusively Millesimato and made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
2016 was one of the years characterised by a long vegetative cycle. Indeed, the energy transmitted by this wine is certainly one of its most fascinating aspects.

Processing is strictly artisanal: the bunches of grapes are selected delicately by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and kept for 6 months on the lees with bâtonnage. Foaming is carried out according to the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, with ageing on the lees for at least 36 months. The entire process takes place without the use of augers and in underground cellars to keep the temperature controlled and allow slower fermentation.

It is what will make your aperitifs and fish or white truffle dishes superlative thanks to its delicate fragrance with hints of yellow flowers, white pulp fruit, bread crust and minerals. Its aroma is complex, dry with hints of citrus fruits, an elegant finish and persistent "perlage".
Tip for true winelovers: serve Oudeis in a flûte glass to prolong the sparkling wine's effervescence, and let the cork out by slowly rotating the bottle.

Enrico Serafino is a singer of his land. In fact, OUDEIS means "nobody" in Greek: although the winegrowers are the real creators of this wine, only the land can be both protagonist and father.

Among the awards that have recognised the undisputed quality of Oudeis, there is the highest recognition from the Vini Buoni d'Italia guide as "Wine of Excellence" according to the Italian Touring Club and a 92 point rating from the Robert Parkers Wine Advocate.
