A bit of history

Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro (chef in some of the best Italian restaurants), founders of the company, started their experience in the “truffle world” in 1968 and then gave birth to Tartuflanghe in 1980, strengthened by their experience and creativity.
The name of the company comes from Domenica’s intuition: he combined the Italian word “Tartufo” with the name of the territory of origin of this precious tuber, the “Langhe”.

In recent years Stefania and Paolo have joined their parents in running the business and have inherited Domenica and Beppe’s experience, enthusiastically bringing new ideas to the prestigious family tradition. For many years the company has been the proud holder of the title of “Eccellenza Artigiana”, awarded by the Piedmont Region for its thirty years of experience in the culinary world.
