A bit of history
At the foothills of the Monte Rosa, between the provinces of Biella, Vercelli and Novara lies the village of Villa del Bosco where Roccia Rossa winery is established.
The terrain is rich yet difficult because it consists of 80% of rocks. But Galliano Boscolo’s passion and experience, together with the exceptional geology of the terrain, combine to produce fine wines.
Their most traditional one is Bramaterra DOC, made with the legendary Nebbiolo grapes.
The limited yields of the harvests make it possible to create high-quality wines, following the genuine traditional method.
Roccia Rossa production is studied with passion and care in every step of the process, combining tradition with innovation. True Piedmontese excellence.
