A bit of history
The Beura Polenta project was born at the end of 2012, when Mirco, Lorenzo and Veronica decided to embark on a unique path made of tradition and agriculture.
The project was difficult because the territory of Beura Cardezza was not very fertile due to the disuse after the abandonment by the electric industry, but now they are the authentic demonstration of the Ossola territory’s ability to regenerate itself.
Today Polenta and Fioretto di Beura are famous throughout the country for their unique flavours made of passion and tradition. They are made using a stone-grinding mill so as not to heat the maize and to keep its nutritional properties unaltered.
