A bit of history
Claudio Santin is the talented chef of the 3UNO restaurant in Oleggio, a small village in northern Piedmont. In his kitchen, thanks to a skilful study of combinations of flavours and fragrances, he has developed a menu in which superfine technique is alternated with simple preparations.
What lights up Claudio’s eyes is the gin, so decisive and clean, elegant as a gentleman. The main ingredients of gin are the “botanicals”, elements that Claudio easily juggles in the kitchen and, precisely for this reason, he has not given up on creating his own line to rediscover the authentic flavour of a distillate with a decisive presence that also knows how to stay in its place.
