A bit of history...
The Beura Polenta project started at the end of 2012, when Mirco, Lorenzo and Veronica decided to embark on a unique journey made of tradition and agriculture.
The project was hard as the territory in which they wanted to start production was just below the mountains. However, thanks to the unique properties of the land, they were astonished by the richness and flavour of their flour.
Today, the Polenta of Beura is famous all around the country for its unique flavours made of passion and tradition.
