The Beura Polenta project originated at the end of 2012, when 6 people, linked to each other for professional or friendship reasons, expressed the need to get involved with an agricultural production project.
In 2013, at the end of a rainy, sunny summer, the first corn was harvested, with a net production of 125 Q.li of flour.In 2014, new areas have been identified and taken over, which have led to cultivation beyond doubling.
The strong demand created in the first year of agronomic experimentation has begun an almost natural transition from the “public” project to birth a star up to a new business reality. In fact, the company Mulino San Giorgio s.s. was born in 2015, a great achievement in such a time of opportunity.
