Gustamante is a new producer, in fact it was born in 2017 in the laboratory built under the tavern Buraiga in Fontaneto d’Agogna, in the province of Novara.

The project was born from the desire to “put into jars“ 30 years of restorative experience and re-propose the local tradition of Alto Piemonte in a modern key, through the forgotten local food and wine.

Immersed in the Novara countryside, hidden by the urban frenzy, the two founding members transform nature into food.

All products are created with the awareness of giving a genuine product, without adding any type of preservative or additive or dye and following the most stringent hygienic and conservation standards.

The products are selected at the origin by a detailed and scrupulous, not to say, maniacal research of the raw material.
